Adam and I, (Chris) both take great pleasure in delivering quality, functional and beautiful spaces for our clients, be this in the form of new houses, renovations, extension or even commercial spaces. We are both detail driven and consistently look to achieve the best finish on our projects.

Adam has over 24 years experience in the construction industry; the majory of which has been spent as Construction Director at Sprinks Construction. Here, his role was to work closely with clients and his build teams to take projects from the tender stage, right through to completion. Before this role Adam graduated in Civil and Coastal Engineering from Plymouth University and worked for a short time in that industry before joining Sprinks.

After my A-levels, I opted to forgo university, and instead enrol on a carpentry apprenticeship whilst also working for Sprinks Construction. It wasn’t long before I was “dropped in the deep end” to run whichever jobs I worked on. As my skills and confidence increased, so did the scale and complexity of the jobs I managed as well as the responsibilities I shouldered. For the last 7 years, I’ve been mainly involved in high end, architectural new builds and renovations. As Director of Sprinks, Adam and I have worked closely during this time and most of the photographs on this site are from projects during this period. This exciting new chapter with Petley Developments allows us to further build on our experience and focus our time on projects and developments with which we have a stronger connection.
